USE:
Varnish can be used both as a color, but also as an effect.
In order to use the MAGNETIC GLOW Cat Eye varnish as a hybrid color, apply a thin layer on the hardened hybrid base, and then harden with a UV LED lamp. You can repeat the color application to achieve the desired effect. Finish styling by applying and hardening Semilac Top No Wipe Real Color.
The MAGNETIC GLOW Cat Eye varnish can also be applied to other colors, e.g. black, white, or similar to the shade of the selected effect, achieving a spectacular effect for various occasions each time.
