Top No Wipe Blinking Cooper & Gold Flakes is a simple way to turn your standard color into blinking manicure variation  In the proven 'No Wipe' formula that does not require wiping with nail cleaner, we have we enriched the top coat with thousands of sparkling flakes of various sizes in the noble colors of gold and copper.

• Use it the top to finish a bright color stylization - it will add shine to it in the form of a jewelery effect flickering in the light
• Use it with dark-colored manicure and the top will bring out the power noble colors of copper and gold in the styling,

USE

Before use, mix the product by rolling it in your hands (do not shake it). Apply the top coat to any cured color, and then cure it in the lamp. For a more visible particle effect, we apply an additional layer of top coat. Before removing the manicure, gently matt the Top BlinkBlink with a file or with buffer.
