USAGE: For the Glass Nails Effect and Stained Glass Decorations technique:
Apply a thin layer of polish to a cured layer of hybrid base (clear), then cure in a UV LED lamp. Avoid direct application to the nail plate. Repeat the color application for desired effect. Finish by applying and curing Semilac Top coat.
For the Raspberry Red look:
